CANCELATION POLICY
Anyone who does not cancel or reschedule their appointment 48 hours before the scheduled time or is more than 5 minutes late qualifies as a no-show (missed appointment).
FIRST MISSED APPOINTMENT:
We are all human and sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan - this is your freebie! contact NBTR to reschedule your appointment so we can get you back on track with your goals. (Credit card required to book again.)
SECOND MISSED APPOINTMENT:
Your credit card on file will be charged in-full for your missed appointment.
THIRD MISSED APPOINTMENT:
Your credit card on file will be charged in-full for your missed appointment.
PREPURCHASED PACKAGES:
(Packaged deals end on June 1st, 2024)
Instead of requiring a credit card to have on file, you will lose one prepaid treatment per each no-show.
If you purchase a package with us, it is non-refundable.
Packages must be paid for in full at time of first treatment.
Package must be used within one year of your last treatment date.
